Ryne Malone is the owner of PRO3 Sports Performance located in Orlando, FL. As a highly sought after Strength and Conditioning coach, Ryne has worked with athletes at all levels – from youth sports to the professional ranks – including athletes from the NBA, MLB, NFL, and countless NCAA athletes. PRO3 Sports has quickly become Central Florida’s offseason MiLB and MLB training home, providing Strength and Conditioning services to numerous MLB and MiLB athletes.
Ryne graduated from Florida State University, where he led the Seminoles to an ACC Championship in 2004, and Super Regional appearances in 2004 and 2005. Ryne was a Freshman All American selection in ’04, and All-ACC selection in ’04 and ’05. Ryne was also named a Team Captain for the Seminoles in ’05 and ’06. Ryne was a draft pick by the Chicago Cubs following the 2006 season.
In High School, Ryne graduated from PK Yonge DRS in Gainesville, FL. Over a 5 year career that began on Varsity in 8th grade, Ryne collected a State and National record 270 hits, was named All State 5 times, and was named Mr. Baseball in the state of Florida in 2002.
Ryne has a passion for developing athletes, and a commitment to service. This passion and commitment has led PRO3 Sports Performance to become Central Florida’s premier Sports Performance and Strength and Conditioning facility.
